This vintage McCall 6503 sewing pattern is from 1946. The pattern is cut but complete and includes pieces to make a knee length dress with a belt and either long, cape or puff sleeves with options for pockets. 

Described as a Junior dress but the pattern can be adapted to fit a range of sizes. There are many tutorials online explaining how to do this!
